Exchange & Return Policy

- Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days for unworn merchandise with all original tags attached. 
 
- Online purchases are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the package. Hotoveli must be notified of the return within those 7 days for a refund. Any items returned after 7 days are only eligible for store credit when applicable.
 
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Hotoveli. Select limited-run collections (e.g. Acronym, etc...) will not be refundable. 
 
- Return payments will be processed back to original form of payment.
 
- Once the return has been processed please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post.
 
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
 
- All SALE items are final sale. Discounted items via promo code are considered Sale. Note we cannot price adjust for past sale product purchases. 
 

Payment 

- We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and Apple Pay.

- All orders being shipped within the state of New York are subject to sales tax.

- Orders being shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Hotoveli is not responsible for any charges incurred from customs or duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance are outside of Hotoveli's control. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

- All purchases made through hotoveli.com are secured through Paypal.

- All personal and credit card information transmitted is handled by Paypal's secure connection.

- All personal contact information provided to us will not be shared, sold, or solicited.
